This newsletter is for my inner circle. The people whose opinions matter to me the most. It’s where I’ll be more open than normal. Where I’ll share what I’m excited about, what I’m processing. You’re on this list for a reason. Thank you for being in my life.

In This Issue:

  • I started a podcast
  • You only need one drink this summer. This one.

I started a podcast

So I took the plunge. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now (probably because I just like the sound of my own voice.)It’s called The Disruptors. The idea is to talk about ideas, strategies and techniques the smartest people are leveraging to transform their organizations and careers. I’ll be talking to:

  • Founders and startup operators.
  • Folks with deep expertise in emerging technology (data analytics, ai, blockchain, etc)
  • Savvy innovators inside corporate or enterprise environments.
  • Folks with industry insight (healthcare, fintech, hospitality, etc.)

I’ve done a couple episodes already, but haven’t done the big launch. To that end I’d love your help.

  1. Please subscribe!
  2. Please please please leave a review! iTunes uses reviews to determine how much visibility a podcast gets.
  3. Have friends in tech or innovation roles? Tell them about it!

I’d love to hear what you think. I’m working out the kinks with the audio, have invested in some equipment that should help a ton. If you have topics or speakers you’d like to hear from, let me know as well!

You only need one drink this summer. This one.

I’m a creature of habit, and I love traditions. For several years I’ve had a “drink of the summer” that I tend to order and make whenever the opportunity calls for it.

This year’s drink is the Aperol Spritz. It’s a piece of cake to make:

  • 2oz Aperol
  • 4oz Prosecco
  • Splash of club soda
  • Orange peel garnish

It’s refreshing. It’s bitter like a negroni but with way less alcohol. It’s perfect for brunch with friends, for chilling at the pool with a book, or for having a fun night without the headache in the morning. You’re welcome.

Thanks for reading!

As always, if you have ideas for how to make this better, please let me know. Thanks for being in my life ❤.
