My buddy Matt out in California sent me this quote today - thought it was interesting.
Colin Powell says "Perpetual optimism is a great multiplier. Spare me the grim litany of the realist; give me the unrealistic aspirations of the optimist any day."
Matt's going to join the Tour in the next couple of years - he's already a scratch golfer. I'm sure for everyone that's told me that starting a business is ridiculous, he's had tons more knock his dream. But he's doing it - he's getting perpetually closer to that dream.
The people who are busy complaining about how they wish they could do something bigger with their lives are getting beaten to the punch by people who just believe that they can.
