		<description>Fantastic post! I&#039;ve never thought beyond leaders and followers, but this is an awesome way of looking at things and really makes a lot of sense. I think our level of creativity, active participation, and genuine interest in what we&#039;re doing determines how much of a follower or leader we are. 

I will definitely keep this post in mind strive to be more of a leader or follower, rather than just an admirer.
